Ohio May 6, 2025 Election

For most Hocking County residents there will be only one statewide issue on the ballot, Issue 2 Capital Improvements. However, some precincts do have other important issues to vote on in the MAy 6, 2025 ballot/s.

Or, if you are not sure which precinct you are registered as a resident in, select the link, enter your last and first names, and tap or click “Submit.” You will be presented with your current registration information. Next, select “Sample Ballot,” and then select “View Ballot” to review a facsimile of your actual ballot showing the issues that you will be voting on May 6, 2025. You may also find and complete a form to request an absentee ballot at this link. Once received, currently you may complete and return your absentee ballot by mail or in person at the Board of Elections drop box any time or at the front desk during business hours. Please note that Ohio law specifies specific deadlines for returning your ballot and regarding who may deliver an absentee ballot on your behalf. Further, due to the passage of House Bill 458, The deadline to submit a valid application for an absentee ballot is the close of business on the Tuesday before Election Day.
