The purpose of this meeting is to inform the members of the Party and the general public about upcoming activities and issues.  This portion of the meeting is to obtain feedback regarding ongoing activities. Official presentation of motions and voting will take place during the Executive/Central Committees meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the business of the Party, making and approving motions as necessary to conduct Party operations and to approve payment for obligations and other expenditures. This meeting is open to the public, but only duly elected Central Committee and appointed Executive Committee members may propose, move, and/or cast a vote on any issue.
